Our specialized team provides the following professional services:

• UI/UX design using Figma
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) and digital growth strategy
• Website maintenance, bug fixes, and performance optimisation

All service engagements are governed by a separate project agreement or proposal document agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

3. Project Agreements and Payments

Each project requires a written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after written confirmation and any agreed deposit is received.

• Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment
• Any scope changes must be agreed in writing and may affect timeline and cost

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, design assets, and content created exclusively for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, plugins, and themes used in projects remain subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses. Our team is not liable for changes to third-party licensing terms after project delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback at each milestone
• Supply all necessary content, images, credentials, and access in a timely manner
• Ensure they hold rights to all content and assets provided to us
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing assets may result in revised timelines at no additional cost to the client if caused by our side.

6. Revisions and Post-Launch Support

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Post-launch support of 30 days is included for bug fixes and minor adjustments. This does not cover new features or scope additions.

Ongoing maintenance, feature additions, and extended support are available as separate engagements and priced accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our team delivers projects to the highest professional standard. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic, or ranking positions, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abdul Haseeb Mughal and his team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project engagement. We will not disclose client project details, credentials, or proprietary information to any third party without explicit written consent.

9. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content through contact forms
